Actually bought stuff at the Union Square Greenmarket today, for the first time ever despite walking by it at least once a week for the last two and a half years. For $20 I got: - A bottle of tomato juice - Fresh tomatoes & basil (gonna make some bomb pasta tomorrow) - Heirloom garlic (see above) - A wee head of cabbage (Crisp Tuna & Cabbage Salad, you’re gonna be in my belly) - Loaf of multi-grain bread (to eat with my tuna & cabbage salad) - Hunk of maple sugar candy because of happiness Can’t wait to eat it all!
