With 100mm-400mm lens I waited and was lucky to see another sailing ship pass along with a bird in the sky. The sun peeked out and I clicked off some frames. It does pay to wait and take more shots than you think. This is what my dreams look like.

The U.S.S. Constitution posted an album of Attaching the Mizzen Topsail to the yard photos on Facebook, leaving me wondering this: what cruel twist of fate has left me not a sailor?

I just want to sail, y’all. Give me some rigging and a sail to furl and I’ll be happy as a lark.
