I forgot that I was out of coffee last night so this morning was pretty slow-moving, but the weather demanded boots which made me feel super fall-y, and I also ended up wearing my rain coat for the first time! It’s a wee bit snug in the shoulders (layered over a hoodie) and the sleeves are a touch too short, but otherwise it’s totally perfect. Yahoo!

Turned dark and rainy as hell this afternoon. Thunder, lighting, gale winds and still so ungodly hot.

Love a good summer rain, even when it starts to pour when I’m halfway to the train and I’m soaked through instantly, practically swimming and can’t even quite breathe right because there’s so much water in the air. I wore this dress again which is kind of the perfect rainstorm outfit and man, it was great. Even if my sneakers still aren’t dry and my hair’s all wild today because of it.
