Why, is that delicious-and-nutritious whole wheat rotini with a homemade heirloom tomato, garlic and rosemary sauce, topped with freshly grated aged Parmesan? Yes. Yes it is. And it tastes awesome.
Hardly the most complex of dishes, but still damn impressive for being made on the fly by someone who hasn’t cooked more than box macaroni & cheese in over a year. At least I think so.
Yo, if anyone wants to bring me one of these, that would be awesome. And, like, a huge meal to go along with it.

In healthier news, I had this completely epic salad for lunch yesterday (and a sandwich. What are you gonna do?). Spinach with tuna, tomatoes, cucumber, and corn, and olive oil and lemon to dress it. Deeeeelicious!
