Just dropped $150 on my Bean Boots. The price tag kinda freaks me out, but I reckon it’ll be worth it to not have cold, wet feet all winter (and hopefully more winters to come), and they’re mad fly. Here’s hoping they (a) fit and (b) make me look cool. 2-5 business days ahoy!

ACTUALLY NEVER MIND. I just remembered that this year I’m getting Bean Boots this year. Specifically these mofos. Stock up on camp socks and I’ll be dry hoofed and toasty all winter long.

So on the not-so-awesome side I decided to wear my Litas home from work (instead of changing into my sneakers) and while it was kinda fun, it’s also quite a trek and as a result my dogs are a-barkin’. Also I went to J.Crew and they only had the skirt I wanted in XL. And then it’s 80 billion degrees + I was wearing my anorak + clompin’ around in my Litas = sweatin’ my balls off.
On the really, really awesome side… my duffel bag arrived today! In a big ole green L.L.Bean bag! And I love it! It’s the perfect size (luckily… the dimensions meant nothing to me so I was just guessin’). Large enough to hold what I need for a week or so, but small enough that I won’t be tempted to toss in a bunch of extra stuff. Score!
So the duffel bag I want to get for my trip home this summer is 20% off for L.L.Bean Signature’s Memorial Day Sale (which is weirdly going on this weekend?) and I can’t decide whether to get the Linden (L), or the Navy (R).
