Why, is that delicious-and-nutritious whole wheat rotini with a homemade heirloom tomato, garlic and rosemary sauce, topped with freshly grated aged Parmesan? Yes. Yes it is. And it tastes awesome.
Hardly the most complex of dishes, but still damn impressive for being made on the fly by someone who hasn’t cooked more than box macaroni & cheese in over a year. At least I think so.
