Gnocchi with Squash & Sweet Corn for dinner. It turned out pretty good, even though I totally spaced on adding the lemon at the end. There’s still a bit left over, so (if I remember) I’ll add it on that tomorrow. Also I used frozen corn which made me feel a bit of a chump, but my corn cookin’ experience is minimal-to-nil and I did not feel like embarking on that particular adventure tonight. My dinner still tasted like victory.
